The Urawa UP200 is a professional nail drill, made in Japan. It runs from 3,000 to 20,000 RPM. The stainless-steel handpiece has a twist-lock chuck, so you can change bits fast. You can switch between forward and reverse. It holds the same speed even when you press hard, and stops on its own if it is pushed too far.
If you knew this as the "Kupa UP200," it is the same drill. Urawa made it all along and now sells it under its own Upower name.
Urawa has made precision motors in Japan since 1955 — the same kind used in dental tools. That is why the UP200 runs smooth and quiet, and lasts for years.

Common questions
Is the UP200 a Kupa or a Urawa? Both names mean the same drill. Urawa makes it in Japan. It used to be sold as the Kupa UP200 in the U.S. Now Urawa sells it as the Upower UP200.
Is 20,000 RPM enough for acrylic? Yes, for most work. Many cheap drills claim higher numbers, but steady power matters more than top speed. The UP200 keeps its speed when you press hard. If you want more, the Super UP200 goes up to 25,000 RPM.
What bits does it use? Standard 3/32" bits — the same as most pro drills. Your current bits will fit.
