Need to Cancel?

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method. Once an order ships, the return terms below apply.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return for eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with all parts, accessories and documentation included. Sets and bundles must be returned complete.

Please contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return before mailing anything back. After receiving return instructions, ship your return within 14 days.

Return costs: Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process an approved refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Broken, damaged or defective item: We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Once we receive and verify the item, we'll send a free replacement within 3 business days. If it is out of stock, you can choose an available substitute of equal value or store credit.

Wrong item shipped: We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item as soon as your return is on its way.

Missing items: We'll reship what's missing at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the contents you received.

Electrical Equipment

Unopened, unused drills, lamps, e-files and other electrical equipment qualify for the 30-day return policy above.

For equipment that has been opened or used, report damage or defects within 7 days of delivery to use our replacement process. After 7 days, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer under its warranty terms. Check the documentation included with your product for details.
