We work hard to get your nail supplies to you quickly and reliably. How fast your order arrives depends on the items in it and the shipping method they use.

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.95. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing & delivery times

Every order is shipped from our facility with the carrier best suited to the item. Here is what to expect:

Processing and delivery times are estimates that begin once your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery windows may be affected by carrier delays and peak periods.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email that includes your tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way. Keep an eye on your inbox β€” and your spam folder, just in case. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, reach out and we'll look into it.

Damaged, missing, or lost packages

If your order arrives broken, damaged, or with items missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or store credit. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.95. We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does delivery take?

Items marked Priority ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 2–3 business days. All other items ship via UPS or FedEx Ground and arrive within 3–5 business days after a 1 business day processing time.

When will my order ship?

Priority items ship the same business day your order is placed. Standard items ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation that includes your tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

Which carriers do you use?

Priority items ship with USPS Priority Mail. All other items ship with UPS or FedEx Ground.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Sunshine Nail Supply ships within the United States only.

What if my package arrives damaged or is missing items?
